摘  要:目的 通过比较EGF ,EGF -雌激素以及雌激素对原代培养肝细胞DNA合成的影响 ,探讨用EGF治疗肝细胞损伤的可能性。方法 用大鼠获得单个肝细胞悬液 ,随机分成EGF组、雌激素组、EGF -雌激素组及对照组进行细胞培养 ,3天后测量每组Tdk掺入量。结果 EGF组及EGF -雌激素的3H -Tdk掺入量分别为对照组的 2 .1倍及 3.4倍 (P <0 .0 1) ,雌激素亦有轻度促进DNA合成作用 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objective This test compares the effect of EGF and EGF-estrogen and estrogen on the primary culture hepatocytes′s DNA synthesis to probe the possibilities of using EGF in treating hepatocytes′ damage. Methods Single hepatocyte suspension from rats were divided to EGF group, estrogen group, EGF-estrogen group and control group, then cultured. 3 days later, each group′s Tdk was taken. Results Results showed that 3 H-Tdk of the groups of EGF and EGF-estrogen were 2.1 times and 3.4 times that of control group respectively (P<0.01). Estrogen also showed a little ability to accelerate DNA synthesis (P<0.05). Conclusion The study shows that with the coordination of estrogen EGF can dublicately accelerate DNA synthesis of hepatocytes.
