蒲江县世行贷款结核病控制项目实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的　评价我县世界银行贷款结核病控制项目的实施成效。　方法　根据我县结核病报表和登记资料 ,以及 1990、2 0 0 0年两次结核病流调资料进行统计分析。　结果　 1995～ 2 0 0 0年 ,结核病人涂阳新登记率年平均为 13 0 /10万、初治涂阳病人治愈率平均为 93 9% ,复治涂阳病人治愈率平均为 90 8% ,较项目实施前明显提高 ;患病率、涂阳患病率分别由 1990年的 10 6 9/ 10万、16 4/ 10万下降为 2 0 0 0年的 30 0 3/ 10万、6 0 1/ 10万。　结论　我县的结核病控制策略是行之有效的 。Objective To evaluate the effect of tuberculosis control project loaned by the World-Bank in Pujiang. Methods To analyze the data which colected from registration of pujiang tuberculosis control project seasonal reports(1995～2000) and tuberculosisepidemiological survey report. Results From 1995 to 2000,the average new smear positive rate of pulmonary TB reached 13.0 per hundred thousand;And the average cure rate reached to 93.9%,The average re-treatment rate was 90.8%.It was singificant different than before this program.From 1999 to 2000,The prevalence and the smear positive rate of pulmonary TB were decrease from 1069 and 164 per hundred thousand to 300.3 and 60.1 per hundred thousand respectively. Conclusion The satisfactory result of TB control project loaned by The World-Bank have been achived in Pujiang county.
