摘　　要：目的　对放射工作人员外周血遗传物质损伤进行调查。　方法　对放射工作人员及对照组人员外周血淋巴细胞进行培养、染色 ,核定微核数量。　结果　放射组微核细胞率显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。放射工作人员细胞微核率在不同年龄组间 ,不同工龄组间均有极显著性差异 (P均 <0 0 1)。放射组生育异常率显著高于对照人群 (P <0 0 1)。　结论　应加强对长期X线工作人员生殖细胞的损伤监测研究 。Objective To survey the genetics damage situation of peripheral blood lymphocyte. Methods Lymphocyte culture test method was used. Results The micronucleus rate of lymphocyte of Xray group was higher than that of control group.Significant differences were found among the micronucleus rates of lymphocyte of Xray group in different ages and diffenent standings(both P<0.01).The abnormal birth rate of Xray group was significantly higher than that ofcontrol group (P<0.01). Conclusion More efferts and studies should be made to improve X-ray workers' health protection.
