摘  要:目的 :明确彩色多普勒对甲亢诊断和甲亢灵胶囊疗效评价的作用。方法 :选择 6 0例阴虚痰结型甲亢患者 ,在超声彩色多普勒监测下随机应用甲亢灵 (甲亢灵组 32例 )或他巴唑 (他巴唑组 2 8例 )治疗 ,并与 2 0例正常组对照。结果 :甲亢患者甲状腺增大 ,内部回声增粗、增强、不均。甲状腺内血流信号丰富 ,动脉血流低阻高速 ,伴甲状腺“火海征”。随病情缓解 ,甲亢患者的超声影像学检查与正常相近。但症状控制欠佳者甲状腺“火海征”亦不消失。甲亢灵组在中医证候和超声改善方面均优于他巴唑组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :超声显像有效用于甲亢的诊断和疗效判断 。Objective:It is to clearly understand the function of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) on the diagnosis and evaluation of curative effect with Jiakangling (JKL) capsule on hyperthyroidism. Methods: Sixty patients with Yinxutanjie hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into JKL capsule group in which there were thirty-two cases and tapazole tablet group in which there were twenty-eight cases. The patients and 20 normal individuals as controls were examined by ultrasonography.Results: The thyroids of the patients with hyperthyroidism was larger and the more enhanced and the more non-homogeneous than that of the normal subjects. The thyroids of all patients showed signal of arterial blood flow velocity enriched and arterial blood flow velocity was higher and resistance index was lower and existed on 'thyroid inferno'. Ultrasonography of the patients with hyperthyroidism was nearly to normal after treatment effectively. But 'thyroid inferno' existed on the patients who did not get well. JKL capsule had better effect than tapazole tablet on improvement TCM syndrom and ultrasonography change ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:Ultrasonography is helpful in diagnosis and evaluation of curative effect in follow-up of JKL capsule on hyperthyroidism. JKL capsule is superior to tapazole tablet in the ultrosonography.\;
