补肾泻肝方治疗再生障碍性贫血临床疗效与IFN-γmRNA基因表达关系的研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察补肾泻肝方治疗再生障碍性贫血临床疗效与 IF N-γm RNA基因表达关系。方法 :2 1例患者均以补肾泻肝方为主治疗 ,用 RT-PCR技术分析 IFN-γ基因表达。结果 :2 1例患者中有效 12例 ,皆为肾阴虚、肝火伏热型 ;无效9例 ,皆为肾阳虚、阴亏瘀热型。用 RT-PCR技术分析 IF N-γ基因表达 ,12例中有 9例阳性 ,治疗后阳性者 2例 ,阴性者 7例 ;而无效的 9例中无一例阳性。结论 :补肾泻肝方治疗再障疗效较好 ,IFN -γm RNA基因表达在中医辨证分型和预测补肾泻肝方的疗效与治疗机理方面有重要的作用。Objective: It is to observe the clinical therapeutic effects of tonifying kidney and purging liver recipe on aplastic anemia and its relation to gene expression of IFN-γmRNA. Methods: Twenty-one patients with aplastic anemia were treated with tonifying kidney and purging liver recipe. The IFN-γmRNA gene expression were detected with RT-PCR. Results: Twelve of twenty-one patients being deficiency of kidney-Yin and increased liver-fire were effective, the other nine patients being short of kidney-Yang and deficiency of Yin and heat stasis were ineffective. There were nine positive cases in the IFN-γmRNA gene expression of twelve effective patients. After treatment, the positive patients were two cases and the negative patients were seven cases. But there was no one positive patient in the IFN-γmRNA gene expression of nine ineffective patients. Conclusion: The clinical therapeutic effects of tonifying kidney and purging liver recipe on aplastic anemia are better, gene expression of IFN-γmRNA is great beneficial to differentiation of differential diagnosis on TCM, predicting the therapeutic effect and studying the treatment mechanism of tonifying kidney and purging liver recipe.
