绝经后2型糖尿病性激素变化与微血管并发症关系

摘　　要：目的 :探讨绝经后妇女 2型糖尿病患者血清性激素水平变化与微血管并发症关系。方法 :测定 2 5例绝经后妇女 2型糖尿病合并微血管并发症 (A组 )、 2 7例 2型糖尿病未合并微血管并发症 (B组 )和 2 1例绝经后正常妇女 (C组 )的血清雌二醇 (E2 )、孕激素 (P)、促卵泡刺激素 (F SH )、促黄体生成素 (L H)和睾酮 (T)的水平。结果 :绝经后妇女 2型糖尿病微血管并发症者 E2 较正常绝经后妇女显著降低 ,F SH ,L H,T显著增高。结论 :绝经后妇女性激素水平变化与Objective:It is to study the relationship between the changes of sex horm one and m icrovascular com plication in postmenopausal wom en with type-2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Twenty-five postm enopausal wom en with type-2 diabetes mellitus and microvascular complication were in group A. Twenty -seven postmenopausal wom en with type-2 diabetes mellitus w ithout microvascular com plication were in group B.Twenty-one postmenopausal wom en without diabetes m ellitus as control were in group C.The levels of estradiol(E2 ) ,progesterone(P) ,follicle stim ulating horm one (FSH) ,luteinizing horm one(L H) and testosterone(T) in serum of the above three groups were exam ined.Results:The level of E2 was lower and the levels of FSH,LH and T were higher in group A than in group B and group C.Conclusion:The study indicates that there is a relationship between the changes of the levels of sex horm one and m icrovascular com plication of type-2 diaetes mellitus.
