摘 要:目的 :研究双侧椎动脉阻断后对小脑后下叶组织功能的影响。方法 :结扎犬双侧C4、C5椎动脉 ,分别于术后1d、7d、2 8d观察行为、影像学和细胞形态学的变化 ,并对小脑后下叶毛细血管灌注作定量分析。结果 :术后 1d组动物出现轻度缺血性损害 ,7d组及 2 8d组均未见异常。结论 :双侧椎动脉血流阻断不会引起椎动脉供血区域慢性缺血性损害。Objective:To study the impact on posterior inferior lobe of cerebellum function after bilateral ligation of vertebrae artery.Method:The animals were divided into 4 groups by which were sacrificed the 1st,7th,28th day postoperatively and the other served as control group.Ligation of vertebrae artery was performed at C4,C5 segment bilaterally.Behavior,image,histology,and microangiography analysis were performed.Result:Except minimal ischemic injury were found in the 1st group,other animals all were normal.Conclusion:Blood obstruction of the vertebrae artery bilaterally would not lead to chronic ischemic injury of the corresponding area.Cerebral ischemia by compression of the vertebrae artery were not the main pathomechanism of Cervical Spondylotic Arteriopathy(CSA).
