摘  要:目的:研究抗纤软肝颗粒对血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)诱导的肝星状细胞周期及胞内Ca^(2+)浓度的影响。方法:采用完全无血清培养,用流式细胞术分析抗纤软肝颗粒对PDGF诱导的HSC增殖的影响,应用Ca^(2+)荧光指示剂Fura-2/Am在荧光分光光度计上测定细胞内Ca^(2+)浓度。结果:与对照组相比,抗纤软肝颗粒处理组可显著地抑制PDGF诱导的HSC增殖及细胞内Ca^(2+)浓度的升高,尤以抗纤软肝颗粒5mg/ml组作用明显。结论:抗纤软肝颗粒能拮抗PDGF诱导的细胞内Ca^(2+)浓度的升高。Objective: To study the effect of Kangxinan Ruangan Granule (KXRGG) on platelet derived growth factor induced the cell cycle and intracellular calcium concentration. Methods: Flow cytometry and Calcium probe were used to analyse the proliferation and intracellular calcium concentration of HSC cultured in an absolutely serum free medium. Results s PDGF induced the proliferation of HSC and the increasing of intracellular calcium concentration were inhibited significantly in KXRGG treated group, especially in 5mg/ml KXRGG group as compared with control group. Conclusion: KXRGG inhibits the proliferation of HSC by influencing the intracellular concentration of calciam induced by PDGF.
