摘  要:目的 探讨缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)病儿红细胞和T细胞免疫状态及其与临床相关性。方法 应用酵母菌花环法、间接免疫荧光法检测HIE病儿红细胞免疫粘附功能、T细胞亚群和T细胞IL - 2R表达。结果 HIE组急性期红细胞C3b受体花环率 (E -C3bRR)、CD+4 细胞、CD+4 CD+8细胞比值和T细胞IL - 2R表达率明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而CD+8细胞明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,上述变化随病情加重而更为明显 ;恢复期E -C3bRR和T细胞IL - 2R表达率仍低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。HIE组E -C3bRR与CD+4 、CD+4 CD+8细胞比值和IL - 2R表达率呈正相关 ,与CD+8细胞成负相关。结论 HIE病儿急性期红细胞免疫粘附和T细胞功能均低下 ,且两者间存在显著相关性 。? Objective To study the changes of immune status (including red cell immune and T cell immune) and the relationship between the changes of immune status and patient's condition in hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods Red cell immune adherence function,T cell subsets and expression of IL-2R on T cell in peripheral blood were detected by erythrocyte saccharomycete rosette and indirect immune fluoresence staining.Results During the acute stage of HIE,CD 4 +cell level,ratio of CD 4 +/CD 8 + cell,E-C 3b RR level,and expression rates of IL-2R on T cell in HIE groups were all lower than that of normal control group (P<0.01).CD 8 + cell level in HIE groups were higher than that of normal control group(P<0.01).they were changed significantly with correlation of exacerbation of the illness.E-C 3b RR level and expression rates of IL-2R on T cell in recovery period of HIE were still lower than that of normal control group (P<0.05).Positive correlation was observed between E-C 3b RR and CD 4 + cell,E-C 3b RR and ratio of CD 4 +/CD 8 + cell,as well as E-C 3b RR and expression rates of IL-2R on T cell.Negative correlation was found between E-C 3b RR and CD 8 + cell.Conclusion Red cell immune and T cell immune function are low in newborn infants with HIE and significant correlation was absverved between them.These changes is closely related to the degree of HIE and development of disease.
