补肾泻肝方对再生障碍性贫血外周血IFN-γ、IL-2的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾泻肝方对慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)患者外周血γ-扰素(IFN-γ)、白介索-2(IL-2)的影响。方法:CAA患者60例分为肾阴虚、肝火伏热组(35例),肾阳虚、阴亏瘀热组(25例),采用酶联免疫法测定补肾泻肝方治疗前后外周血IFN-γ、IL-2,并与正常对照组(20名)比较。结果:总有效率88.33％,基本治愈、缓解率55％,肾阴虚组的疗效优于肾阳虚组。治疗前治疗组IFN-γ、IL-2水平与正常对照组比较明显增高(p<0.001,p<0.001),肾阴虚组与肾阳虚组治疗前后比较有显著差异(p<0.001,p<0.05)。结论:补肾泻肝方通过降低再障患者体内IFN-γ、IL-2水平,以解除负调控因子对造血抑制,促进骨髓造血功能恢复的作用。To discuss the influence of IFN-γ, IL-2 of peripheral blood of chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) on the prescription which nourishes kidney and clears the livers of pathogenie fire on peripheral blood of aplastic anemia (CAA) . Sixes cases of ill - person are divided into four groups. Those are deficiency of yin of the kidney group , deficiency of yin and stagnant heal group (35 cases), deficiency of yang of the kidney group, and excessive fire of the liver (25 cases) . Enzyme linked immunosonbent assay (ELISA) is used to determine IFN-γ, IL-2 included pro and post - treatment of peripheral blood. Normal controlled - group are 20 cases. By comparision, total effective rate is 88. 33% , fundamental cure rate is 55% and remission rate is 55%; . The effect of deficiency of yin of the kidney group is benefit to deficiency of yang of the kidney group. The level of IFN-γ, IL-2 of pre - treatment is increased significantly than controlled group, (p < 0.001, p < 0.001 ) . There is significantly different on pre - treated and post - treated between deficiency of yin of the kidney group and deficiency of yang of the kidney group. We draw a conclusion that the prescription release the suppression of negative regulated factor to hematopoiesis and promote the function of hematopoiesis of bone marrow by reducing the level of IFN-γ, IL-2 of CAA.
