摘 要:利用荧光染色和荧光漂白后恢复FRAP技术观察人胚肺成纤维细胞,小儿包皮成纤维细胞和人胃腺癌细胞膜表面Con A受体复合物的分布及其侧向运动.结果表明:它们的分布呈均匀连续性,极为相似.但它们的侧向运动速率各异.两种成纤维细胞差异较小,而人胃癌细胞的侧向扩散系数显著地不同于两种成纤维细胞.因此把凝集素受体的分布与运动行为表达结合起来分析,能更好地认识细胞在生长、分化或恶变过程中膜性状的差异性与共性.This experiment was carried out by using fluorescence label and fluorence-nce recovery after photobleaching to study the redistribution and lateral mobility of concanavaline A receptors of membranous surface in two kinds of normal fi-broblasts and gastric adenocarcinoma cell line. The redistribution of membranous Con A receptors of normal fibroblasts and gastric cancer cell displayed continu-ative uniform distribution in which there were no difference between them, but the rate of lateral mobility of receptors have obvious difference. The human gastric cancer cells differs greatly from two kinds of fibroblast. Therefore, while analysing receptors redistribution, we must determine its lateral mobility so that we can analyse membranous nature better during the growth, differentiation and transformation of cells.
