摘  要:目的 测量正常成人侧脑室的容量 ,研究年龄和性别对其的影响 ,为临床提供诊断依据。方法 运用CT部分容积分析法 (PVA)和脑室颅腔比值 (VCR)两种方法 ,测量 2 0 0例正常成人的侧脑室容量 ,并按性别与年龄段进行分析。结果 PVA正常值 :9.9ml(5 .3~ 17.9ml) ,性别间无明显差异 ;60岁后 ,PVA呈明显增加趋势。VCR正常值 :0 .3 0 3± 0 .0 5 6(0 .2 47± 0 .3 5 9) ,各年龄段和性别之间无显著性差异。结论 PVA能准确地反映侧脑室容量 ,计算较繁琐。VCR可方便运用于所有成人的侧脑室容量的测定。对于不对称侧脑室的测量 ,我们提出修订方法 :VCR’ =A’/Y’Objective To measure the CT volume of normal adult's lateral ventricle, and investigate the effect of sex and age on it. The clinical diagnosis could base on the data. Methods Two hundred normal adults were measured of lateral ventricle CT volume. Partial volume analysis (PVA) and ventri culocranial ratio (VCR) were both used. The volumes were analysed according to sex and year. The mean value and 95% normal value limitation were calculated in the same time. Results Normal PVA was 9.9ml (5.3-17.9). There was no obviously difference in sex. The change was not clear before 60 years old, but showed increasing tendency after that age. Normal VCR was 0.303±0.056 (0.247±0.359). There were not discrepant in either age or sex. Conclusion PVA could truly reflect the volume of lateral ventricle, but the calculating was complex and the using of normal value should be according to the age. VCR could be briefly and accurately managed in all adults. We suggested the revise method in asymmetric lateral ventricle, VCR'=A'/Y'.
