摘　　要：目的 :探讨肝移植治疗肝癌的方法和效果。方法 :2 0 0 0年 6、9月对 2例原发性肝癌病人施行原位肝移植手术。结果 2例病人术后移植肝功能良好并存活至今 ,生活自理 ,能参加日常工作和体育锻炼 ,生活质量良好。结论 :原位全肝移植是治疗肝癌的有效方法之一。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of orthotopic liver transplantation in the treatment of hepatic carcinoma.Methods:Orthotopic liver transplantation was successfully performed on 2 patients with hepatic carcinoma.Results:The recovery of liver graft function was well after the operation in the patients who recovered well without complications.Conclusions:Orthotopic liver transplantation is an effective therapy for hepatic carcinoma.
