摘 要:本文对正常大鼠与实验性矽肺大鼠肺Ⅰ型胶原的驻极体特性进行比较研究.大鼠肺Ⅰ型胶原未经电场极化即可产生空间电荷性质的热刺激去极化电流(TSDC),表明具有天然驻极体特性.电场极化的TSDC实验说明肺胶原具有很显著的极化特性.矽肺肺胶原TSDC各峰峰位温度高于正常肺胶原,分子运动受到较大限制,紫外照射后TSDC强度的增加比较小.矽肺胶原固有极化潜力明显的弱于正常肺胶原,取极向活化能高于正常肺胶原.Polarization phenomena in type I collagen extracted from normal and silicotic rat lungs have been investigated by the Thermally Stimulated Depolarization Current (TSDC). Type I collagen from rat lungs could give rise to a TSDC related to the space-charge without pretreatment in electric field, showing native bioelec-tret properties and give rise to several TSDC peaks related to the intra and intermol-ecular movement induced by electric field.For Silicotic collagen, the four relaxation mode (Q,α,β,γ) were signficantly shifted towards higher temperature, dipolar reorientation activation enthalpy arose, the intra and intermolecular movement were relatively difficult, the shift of space charge was considerably restricted. After UV irradiation, the strength of TSDC of normal collagen arose more remarkably than the strength of TSDC of silicotic collagen.
