摘 要:应用小角X射线衍射和差示扫描量热法研究了中药提取物山莨菪碱与DPPC多层膜的相互作用.结果表明,山莨菪碱不仅能降低DPPC多层膜的相变温度,而且能使多层膜发生分相现象,根据衍射结果并采用推广傅里叶合成去卷积法计算了脂双分子层膜的电子密度剖面图.The interaction of anisodamine molecules (extracted from traditional Chinese medicine) with DPPC multilayer was studied by small angle x-ray diffraction and DSC technique. The result shows that anisodamine not only can decrease the temperature of phase transition, but also can induce the phase separation of DPPC multilayer. The electron density profile of lipid bilayer was calculated by Generalized Fourier Synthesis Deconvolution Methods (GFSDM). From the electron density profile we infer that the anisodamine molecules probably located at the inner side of the polar headgroup of the lipid bilayer.
