摘　　要：利用干压包衣技术制备了尼群地平延迟释放片。对制剂的体外药物释放度及药物释放稳定性进行了研究 ;采用 HPL C- Μ S法进行人体血药浓度测定。Delayed release tablets of nitrendipine was prepared using dry coated technique. The dis solution of the tablets and its stability were studied. Plasma concentration time profiles in three healthy subjects after oral administration of the delayed release tablets have shown that the drug release was significantly delayed.
