摘 要:紫膜蛋白(即菌紫质)与离子通道A23187之间存在非辐射共振能量转移.能量转移效率随A23187浓度增高而增加,在此体系中,A23187荧光的增强,除由于紫膜蛋白转移能量到A2187外,还有一部分荧光的增强是由于A23187直接吸收激发的结果.Ca^(2+)与Tb^(3+)对紫膜与A23187之间的能量转移的影响均不显著.两种离子对此体系中的A23187的荧光都有降低作用,Ca^(2+)的作用较小,Tb^(3+)的猝灭效应较显著.The non-radiative resonance energy transfer between purple membrane protein(Bacteruiorhodopsin) PM and ionophore A23187 was observed. The efficiency ofenergy transfer increases with the increasing of the concentration of A23187. Theincreasing of fluorescence intensity of A23187 in the system of PM-A23187 is mainly due to the energy transfer from PM to A23187, and partly due to absorbt-ion of the excitation wavelength by A23187. The effects of Ca2+ and Tb3+ on the energy transfer between PM and A23187 are not obvious. Both cations decrease the fluorescence of A23187 in the PM-A23187 system. The action of Ca2+ on the fruorescence intensity is small while quenching effect of Tb3+ on the A23187 fluorescence is obvious.
