板蓝根含片中靛玉红的含量测定研究

摘　　要：目的 :建立板蓝根含片的含量测定方法。方法 :采用薄层扫描法测定板蓝根含片中靛玉红的含量。结果 :板蓝根含片中靛玉红含量测定线性范围为 0 .1～ 0 .5μg,平均回收率 95 .6 % ,RSD为 1.6 %。结论 :用薄层扫描法测定板蓝根含片中靛玉红的含量是可行的 。OBJECTIVE: To establish content determination method for Banlangen Hanpian. METHODS: TLCS method was selected to determine the content of indirubin for Banlangen Hanpian. RESULTS: For indirubin,the linear ranged was over 0.1 ~0.5 μg, the average recovery was 95.6% with RSD=1.6%. CONCLUSION: It is reproducible and practical to determine the content of indirubin for Banlangen Hanpian by the TCLS method, the quality of the product was controlled effectively.
