摘  要:制备了一种新型可连续工作的工业用喷墨打印机用油墨 ,对油墨中的粘结剂 (功能性涂层树脂 )进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,树脂酸值对耐划性能有一定影响 ,当树脂酸值在 5 0附近时 ,油墨的耐划性最高 ;当树脂单体用量摩尔比MMA∶AN∶AA为 3∶1∶12 时 ,由该树脂所配的油墨性能最好。s In this paper polyacrylate-based inks for ink-jet printer, which could operate continuously, were prepared,and the role of binder (functional coating resin) was studied.The results showed the acid value of the resin had effect on the scratch resistance of the resin.When the acid value was about 50,the resin had optimum scratch resistance.When the molar ratio of the resin monomer of MMA∶AN∶AA was 3∶1∶0.5,the property of the ink made from the prepared resin was the best.
