摘　　要：　 2 0 0t/a全密度气相法聚乙烯中试装置采用新型的W型聚合催化剂 ,进行了HDPE通信电缆绝缘料QHJ0 1的开发 ,中试开发的主要工作包括对W催化剂的性能考察 ,在此基础上摸索QHJ0 1的关键生产运行参数 ,试产的产品体积电阻率达到 3 16× 10 14 Ω·m ,挤出加工速度达到 190 0m /min ,目前中试开发的技术已提供给齐鲁的 14 0kt/aHDPE生产装置 ,工业化的产品已与用户见面。s HDPE cable compound QHJ01 was produced by means of gaseous polymerization on a pilot plant,with a new catalyst W used in the processing.Based on the examination of the property of catalyst W,the key processing parameters for QHJ01 were tried out.The volume resistivity of the pilot product was up to 3.16×10 14 Ω.m,extrusion processing rate 1900m/min.The technology for the pilot production was applied to a 140kt/a plant in Qilu Co,and the commercial product had supplied to custom.
