摘  要:采用电化学方法 ,对阴极电还原葡萄糖合成山梨醇进行了研究 ,得到优惠电解条件 :电流密度0 176A/dm2 ,温度为 2 5℃ ,葡萄糖起始浓度为 0 10 6mol/L ,支持电解质硫酸钠的浓度为 0 15mol/L ,在此条件下葡萄糖电流效率达到 86 84%Synthesis of sorbitol by electro reduction from glucose was studied. Factors influenting the yield of sorbitol were current density, initial concentration of glucose, temperature and supporting electrolyte. The optimum conditions were determined. Current density was 0.176A/dm 2, temperature of reaction was 30℃, initial concentration of supporting electrolyte was 0.15mol/L the concentration of glucose was 0.106mol/L. Under these conditions, the cathode current efficiency of glucose was 86.84%.
