眼睑痉挛的诊断及治疗

摘　　要：目的　观察原发性眼睑痉挛 30例的临床表现特点和A型肉毒毒素对原发性眼睑痉挛的治疗效果。方法　采用Cohen′s诊断标准对原发性眼睑痉挛进行分型 ,并在肌电图仪的引导下使用A型肉毒毒素对眼轮匝肌进行多点注射。结果　 3～ 6天症状出现缓解 ,1周症状明显缓解 ,2周症状缓解最明显 ,有效率 10 0 %。原发性眼睑痉挛有效作用时间是 10～ 35周 ,平均为 17.7周。结论　A型肉毒毒素局部注射是治疗眼睑痉挛的一种安全、有效。Objective To observe clinical feature of 30 cases of idiopathic blepharospasm and the treatment effect. Methods Thirty patients with blepharospasm were treated with CBTX-A local injection (2.5u to 5u for each injection). Results Spasm symptom slightly relieved 3～6 days after injection and remarkably relieved one week after injection. All patients experienced relief from spasm symptom. The duration of the idiopathic blepharospasm were 10～35 weeks (mean 17.7 weeks). The local side effects were transient and mild, minor ptosis in 17.8%. Conclusion CBTX-A the local injection is a safe, effective and simple means for the treatment of blepharospasm.
