摘  要:目的 研究碘对体外人淋巴细胞染色体的影响。方法 用不同浓度的碘化钾溶液处理培养中的淋巴细胞 ,观察其姐妹染色单体交换 (sisterchromatidexchange ,SCE)频率和微核率的变化 ,并分别用t检验和 χ2 检验方法作显著性检验。结果 培养液中碘剂量在 2 μg/ml 时 ,SCE频率和微核率都显著低于对照组(P <0 0 5 ) ;培养液中碘剂量在≥ 2 0 μg/ml时 ,SCE频率和微核率都显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 适量的碘可以降低SCE频率和微核率 ,对遗传物质具有保护和抗突变作用 ;而 2 0 μg/ml以上的高剂量碘可显著增高SCE频率和微核率 。Objective Effects of iodine on lymphocyte chromosome out of human body was studied.Methods Lymphocytes in culture fluid were treated by supplementing different doses of potassium iodide,then the changes of frequencies of the sister chromatid exchange(SCE)and micronucleus rates were observed.The significance tests with t test and χ 2\|test were conducted.Results When the iodine content was at 2 μg/ml in culture fluid,the frequencies of SCE and micronucleus rates were obviously lower than those of the control(P<0 05).When the iodine content was over 20 μg/ml in culture fluid,the frequencies of SCE and micronucleus rates were obviously higher than those of controls(P<0 05).Conclusions The optimum content of iodine may decrease the frequencies of SCE and micronucleus rates and may have protective action to genetic material.The high dose iodine of over 20 μg/ml may increase the frequencies of SCE and micronucleus rates and may exert different degree of damage to genetic material.
