芡实果皮中栲胶提取的初步研究

摘　　要：芡实果皮中栲胶提取的初步研究结果表明 :在使用 65 %的乙醇水溶液 ,粒度为 0 .3cm方块 ,浸提温度选择在 60℃ ,浸出时间选择在 2h ,乙醇水溶液中的水应使用蒸馏水 ,加入适量的表面活性剂。浸提液的酸碱性为中性等条件下可得到栲胶 9%。The primary research results showed that the optimum conditions for extracing the tannins from pericarp of semen euryales were as follows: 65% ethanol liquor (distilled water should be used in ethanol liquor) as extractant (on volume percent), extracting temperature of 60?℃, extracting time of 2?h, pH=6～7, granularity of 0.3?cm, and appropriate surfactant. The results showed that the amount of tannins extracted from pericarp of semen euryales was 9%～10%.
