合成方法对羧甲基纤维素钙性能的影响

摘  要:比较了利用Na-CMC和H-CMC为起始原料合成Ca-CMC对产品性能的影响,实验结果表明H-CMC法制得的产品崩解性能较好,考察了H-CMC法中合成温度和钙化剂用量对产品性能的影响,结果表明温度为50℃时,钙化剂用量为15g,产品Ca-CMC具有较大膨润度、视密度和较理想的崩解性能。The effect on characteristic of products(Carboxymethylcellulose calcium) which were synthesed with Na-CMC and H - CMC as the initial material were compared. The experimental results indicated. that the disintegrating characteristic of the product made of H - CMC method was better. The effect on product characteristic by synthetic temperature and the quantity of calcific agent in the H - CMC method was investigated. The result indicated that when the temperature was 50℃and the quantity of calcific agent was 15g,the product Ca - CMC possesses bigger distensibility, visual density and more ideal disintegrating characteristic.
