高透明UV稀释剂三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯的制备研究

摘　　要：研究了在对甲苯磺酸的催化下,三羟甲基丙烷和丙烯酸在含有阻聚剂对苯二酚的苯溶剂中反应,经过中和、洗涤、脱溶和真空脱水,得到高透明UV稀释剂三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,收率>95％。The preparation of trimethylopropane triacrylate in high transparency as UV diluent was studied by ruflux reaction of trimethylolpropane and arylic acid in the benzene solvent containing hydroquinone p - methyl benzenesulfonic acid is cat ageant, and the reaction mixture was treated by neutralization, washing, removal of benzene and remove water in vacuum then the product was gained with yield over 95 % .
