甘薯新品种“岩薯5号”的生产力及其主要性状研究

摘　　要：“岩薯 5号”是以“岩齿红”为母本 ,“岩 94-1”为父本 ,于 1 991年通过有性杂交选育而成的甘薯新品种。经 42个试点试验 ,“岩薯 5号”平均鲜薯产量为 3 8.85t/hm2 ,比对照品种增产 2 6.1 2 % ;每千克鲜薯中含有胡萝卜素 97.0 0mg、维生素C 1 67.60mg、Ca1 3 2 .1 0mg、P 42 6.0 0mg、Fe 7.40mg,薯干含有氨基酸总量 3 .70 % ;栽后 91～ 1 2 0d ,其块根日增重最大 ,达 658.50kg/hm2 。该品种还具有早熟、高抗蔓割病、适应性广、茎叶生长繁茂、地上。Yanshu 5' was bred from 'Yanchihong (female parent)/Yan 94-1 (male parent)' in 1991.The field experiments conducted in 42 sites showed that the average fresh tuber yield of 'Yanshu 5' was 38.85t/hm\+2,being 26.12% more than that of the check variety;the content of carotene,vitamin C,Ca,P and Fe in its fresh tuber was 97.00,167.60,132.10,426.00 and 7.40mg/kg respectively,the total amino acid content in its dry tuber was 3.70%;its daily gain in fresh tuber weight was the highest during the 91st～120th day after planting,being 658.50kg/hm\+2.'Yanshu 5' was characterized by early maturity,high resistance to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.batatas,wide adaptability,exuberant vines and leaves,harmonious growth of above-ground part and underground part.\;
