摘 要:本文研究了经新型生物材料交联剂——乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(ethylene diglycidyl ether)处理牦牛心包材料的粘弹性,并与新鲜样品及戊二醛处理样品进行比较。环氧交联剂主要在胶原纤维的分子链间形成交联键,材料的应力松驰速率下降;通过对应力——应变曲线,材料的模量和断裂强度等分析,证明环氧交联剂处理的牦牛心包较用戊二醛处理的有较高的抗张强度和断裂伸长率,并具有一定弹性,作为人工心瓣的瓣叶,在力学性能上是有利的。New crosslinking reagent-eth-ylene diglycidyl ether(EP) has beenintroduced to the preparation ofpericardial tissue heart valve, and themachanical properties of EP-treatedyak pericardium, compared withglutaraldehyde treated and freshY. P.specimens has been examined.Strips specimens fixed with EPand GA showed that preconditioningchanges in their energy relationshipswith the fresh. Compared with GAtreated material, EP treated yakpericardium showed a differerentshape to the stress-strain curveof GA-treated tissue, with a lessstiffness and greater extensibility. EPtreated tissue had a larger strain atfracture than GA-treated one, whichhas the advantage for heart valveleaflets. Both EP-and GA-treatedtissues showed significantly littlerelaxation with respect to freshtissue at 10s, 100s, and 500s duringtesting, which consistent with inter-fibrillar crosslinking formation. Wecan draw such conclusion from ourstudy that EP-treated yak pericard-ium is superior to GA in extensibi-lity.
