兔输精管结扎与吻合术后睾丸、糖浆血管紧张素转换酶活力变化的研究

摘　　要：日本雄性大耳白兔31只,随机分为假手术对照组(CG)、输精管结扎组(VG)、输精管吻合生育组(VaFG)和不育组(VaIG)。各组睾丸、精浆、血清血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)测定结果表明:血清ACE活力各组之间无显著差异(P>0.05),睾丸和精浆ACE活力VG明显低于CG(P<0.05),VaFG和VaIG的睾丸ACE迅速恢复,高于VG(P<0.01,P<0.05),但尚未达到正常水平,VaFG精浆ACE亦明显高于VG(P<0.01),但VaIG与VG无显著差异。在正常与吻合条件下,以精子密度分别与睾丸、精浆ACE做相关检验结果表明,均呈正相关关系(P<O.05,P<O.01)。31 rabbits were divided into shamoperated contro control group(CG),vasectomy group(VG),Vasovasotomy fertility gtoup(VaFG)and vasovasotomy infertility gtoup(VaIG).The results showed that serum ACE activities among CG,VG,VaFG,VaIGhad no significant difference,that ACE activities of testes and seminal plasma in VGwere remarkably lower than that in CG,and that the ACE activities of testes in VaFG、VaIG were restored rapidly,but not to the normal level.The ACE activity of seminalplasma in VaFG was restored rapidly,higher than that in VG,and there was nosignificant difference between VaIG and VG. A possitive correlation was found between sperm density and testicular ACEactivity or seminal plasma ACE activity.
