减小主风机-烟气轮机机组振动的冷热态调整

摘　　要：岳阳石油化工总厂催化裂化装置主风机 烟气轮机机组联动试车时主风机振动值严重超标 (达 12 0 μm) ,根本原因是机组对中不良。针对这种情况 ,首先对机组进行了冷态调整 ,但状态监测数据及其他分析数据说明 ,烟气轮机机壳仍然存在热变形及热态下转子与机壳不同心 ,同时风机与烟机的热对中欠佳等问题。因此又对机组进行了热态调整 ,调整后机组最大振动速度为 3 .1mm/s ,达到了国际标准振动速度等级划分的“较好”级 。Vibrations in the coupled main air blower flue gas expander of FCCU of Yueyang General Petrochemical Works were so heavily beyond the standard values due to imperfect alignment of the units,even reached 120 μm.At first,the cold alignment was made .But problems such as hot deformation of the shell of flue gas expander, not concentric of the rotator with the shell at hot state,imperfect hot alignment of the air blower with flue gas expander, remained unsolved.Thus the hot alignment was made and the maximum vibration rate of the units reduced down to 3.1 mm/s,reaching the 'better'grade of the international standard.
