摘  要:本文研究了73名健康经产非孕妇女在放置宫内节育器(IUD)前、置IUD时及置IUD一月后宫腔内压(IUP)和宫腔液中6-keto-PGF_(1α)、TXB_2的含量。结果:1.非孕妇女在月经周期第8~14天的IUP为1.91±1.18KPa(95%可信限:1.64,2.18KPa),频率为2.68±1.25次/分;2.放置IUD对IUP没有长期的明显影响(P>0.05);置IUD前IUP较高者容易脱落(P<0.05);3.宫颈松驰度及孕/产次的差别和置不同类型的宫型器及环形器均不对IUP产生明显影响(P>0.05,P>0.1);4.放置IUD后,可使宫腔液中TXB_2和6-keto-PGF_(1α)含量明显增高,但两者的比值(P/T值)无明显变化;IUP与P/T值呈直线负相关(r=-0.264,P<0.05)。Seventy-three healthy parous nonpregnant women’s intrauterine pressure (IUP) andlevels of 6—keto-PGF_(1α) and TXB_2 in uterine fluid were examinated before and after inser-tion of intrauterine device (IUD) and also one month after its insertion.We wanted tofind a clue to the relationship between IUP,IUD expulsion and relative factors affectingIUP. Results were: (1) IUP of healthy parous women during 8 th to 14 th day of menst-rual cycle was 1.91±1.18 kPa(95% confidence limits;1.64,2.18kPa): frequency was2.68±1.25 times/min.:(2) In spite of insertion of IUD,IUP rose significantly.But in-sertion of IUD did not produce any long-term effect on IUP (P>0.05.IUP had some ef-fects on IUD expulsion.Before insertion of IUD,the higher the IUP was,the easier wasthe IUD expulsion(P<0.05).(3) Disparity in laxity degree of internal cervical orificeand gravida/parity had no effects on IUP(P>0.05).Insertion of different types of IUD(uterine-type device,single steel device)also had no significant effect on IUP (P>0.1).(4)One month after using IUD the levels of 6-keto-PGF_(1α) and TXB_2 in uterine fluidcould rise significantly,but ratio P/T had no remarkable change.The result indicates thata linear negative correlation exists between IUP and ratio of P/T (r=-0.264,P<0.05).
