摘　　要：羧甲基多糖可以增加免疫细胞的活性和应答能力 ,促进细胞因子的生成。介绍了羧甲基淀粉。Carboxymethyl polysaccharides have the abilities to enhance the activities and responses of immunocells and to accelerate the generation of cytokines. The preparations of carboxymethyl starch, carboxymethyl pachyman and carboxymethyl-modified hemicellulose are introduced. The applications on chemicals and medicines of the carboxymethyl polysaccharides are reviewed.
