摘 要:通过控制催化剂制备过程中的反应结晶条件 ,制备了 5种具有不同微观特征形态结构的催化剂。考察了催化剂微观物理形态对聚合活性、动力学衰减规律、聚合物颗粒形态的影响。发现催化剂的比表面积或孔隙率与聚合活性及活性衰减模式有关 ,利用SEM分析总结了三种典型的聚合物颗粒特征形态结构。其中线团状形态结构属首次发现 ,并剖析了其形成原因。Preparation of five kinds of TiCl 4 Mg(OC 2H 5) 2 catalysts was conducted under different reaction crystallization conditions in order to obtain the catalysts with various microstructures.The ethylene polymerization kinetics on the catalysts prepared was experimentally determined.It was found that catalytic activity significantly increased with increase in porosity and specified surface area of catalyst particles.The catalyst with higher porosity had a slower decay of activity with time and leads to higher resin density during ethylene polymerization.The morphology of polymer particles obtained was studied by using SEM technique.Strong influence of microscopic physical morphology of catalysts on morphology of polymer particles was observed.A new polymer morphological structure,the clew structure,resulting from polymerization with catalysts of higher porosity prepared under controllable boiling condition,was found to be predominant in the products.
