摘　　要：针对胜利油田纯梁油区高含蜡 (10 %— 2 5 % )高凝点原油的特点 ,开发了由有机溶剂、表面活性剂、蜡晶改进剂、加重剂等组成的油溶性清防蜡剂 ,牌号为CL 92。室内性能测定结果如下 :溶蜡速度 6 .48g/mL·min(5 0℃ ) ;防蜡率 6 8.9%和 73.9% (加量 0 .1% ,两口井原油样 ) ;2 0— 40℃降粘度 >90 %— 70 %。CL 92可用于油井的清蜡、防蜡及原油集输管线的清防蜡。纯梁油田在含蜡 15 %以下的 2 0口油井定期批量加药 ,在含蜡高于 2 0 %的 5口油井连续加药 ,在梁北 2 0号计量站集输管线连续加药进行清防蜡 ,均取得了良好的效果。讨论了清防蜡机理。An oil soluble wax removal/inhibition agent, CL 92, composed of organic solvents, surfactant(s), paraffin crystallite modifier, weighting and other components is developed for use to high wax content (10-25%) and high pour point crude oil of Chunliang, Shengli. Following results are obtained in laboratory performance evaluation: wax dissolving rate at 50℃-6.48 g/mL·min; inhibiting rate for wax precipitation in two well crude samples at use level 0.1%-68.9% and 73.9%; viscosity reducing rate for one crude sample at 20-40℃->90%-70%. CL 92 can be used for wax precipitate removal and waxing inhibition downhole in production wells and in oil gathering pipelines. To control wax precipitation at Chunliang Oil Fields, Shengli, CL 92 is introduced downhole through annuli periodically into 20 production wells of wax content <15%, continuaously into 5 production wells of wax content >20% and into oil gathering pipeline of measuring station No20 at North Chunling. The usage of CL 92 is successful and effective.
