摘  要:孤岛油田中一区Ng4单元是清水配清水注的聚合物驱开发单元。该单元经过堵水调剖、归位射孔等前期工作后 ,于 1997年 1月正式投入聚合物驱油开发。目前已见到明显的降水增油效果 ,日产油水平由 80 6t/d上升到182 2t/d ,综合含水由 94.2 %下降到 84.9% ,累积增油 777194t。该区已于 2 0 0 0年 11月转入后续水驱 ,目前仍处于注聚后增油有效期。清水配清水注聚表现出的特征良好。聚合物驱油的开发特点 ,在水井上表现为注入压力上升、注入能力下降 ,在油井上表现为日产油量上升、含水波动下降 ,在开发指标中表现为注水利用率得到提高。清水配注的聚合物溶液粘度高、聚合物段塞形成好、推进均匀。通过对注聚期间油水井动态变化的研究 ,在聚合物驱开发中要不断采取完善注采井网来建立良好的注采系统 ,消除层间干扰减少窜流 ,在低油压水井加交联剂防止聚合物突进 ,对难注入井进行补孔与提高注入压力来保证聚合物顺利注入 ,合理控制生产参数 ,及时进行注采调配协调注采关系 ,提高注聚质量等技术措施 ,聚合物驱油效果才能得到充分发挥。The polymer flood program for Ng4 Cell at Central Region 1 of Gudao, Shengli, is performed with polymer solution prepared in fresh water (both for dissolving and diluting to design concentration). After foregoing treatments such as water plugging/injectivity profile modifying, isolating layers Ng4 from Ng3, and additionally perforating having been completed, the polymer injection started in january, 1997 and ended in november, 2000 into 99 wells totally and followed by water flooding. At present, notable efficiency is observed: increase in oil production from 806 t/d to 1 822 t/d, decrease in combined water cut from 94.2% to 84.9%, and oil production growth 777 194 t( and is continuing). In contrast to water flood, the polymer flooding performance can be characterized by increasing injection pressure and decreasing injectivity of injection wells, by increasing oil productivity and decreasing and fluctuating water cut of production wells, and by improving injected water utilization. The polymer solution in fresh water having higher viscosity flows as a well formed plug and moves relatively even and uniformly. From analyzing the performance of production and injection wells it is concluded that to improve properly polymer flooding efficiency following measurements should be taken before and in the course of a polymer program: establish perfect well nets both in production and injection; banish interstratified interferences and channellings; prevent polymer fingering and breakthrough by adding crosslinker into low pressure injection wells; perform additional perforation or rise injection pressure in low injectivity wells; control production parameters reasonably; adjust injection to production ratio timely; improve quality of polymer solution, etc.
