摘 要:实验研究了一种典型的大庆油田砂岩储层岩心 ,岩心的骨架矿物石英、钾长石和斜长石 ,粘土矿物高岭石、伊利石和绿泥石 ,等质量比的各种骨架和粘土矿物组合在 45℃、静态条件下对聚合物HPAM (M =1.5× 10 7,HD =2 6 .5 % )的吸附。HPAM溶液用矿化度 6 492mg/L的模拟地层水配制。HPAM浓度用酸 /次氯酸钠沉淀浊度法测定。实验研究结果如下 :HPAM的吸附在 16 0 0h时尚未达到平衡 ,前 4h吸附速率高 ;在粘土矿物上的吸附量为骨架矿物上吸附量的 10— 4倍 ;在粘土矿物中绿泥石的吸附量最高 (2 .5mg/ g) ,在骨架矿物中石英的吸附量最高(0 .6mg/g) ;在二元粘土矿物组合上的吸附量比单粘土矿物上高 0 .1— 0 .3mg/ g ,在二元骨架矿物的吸附中石英起主要作用 ;HPAM在储层岩心上的吸附量为 2 .0mg/L ,略低于三元粘土矿物组合上的吸附量而高于三元骨架矿物组合上的吸附量 ,表明了粘土矿物的主导作用。讨论了HPAM在储层矿物上的吸附机理和影响吸附 (和滞留 )的因素。The Adsorption of HAPM ( M=1.5×10 7, HD=26.5% ) from solution in brine ( TSD =6 492 mg/L) is investigated on a typical Daqing reservoir core, on quartz, potassic feldspar, and plagioclase feldspar as its main matrix minerals, on kaolinite, illite, and chlorite as its main clay minerats, and on various mineral combinations of equal mass ratio at 45℃ and static conditions. The HPAM concentration is determined by using an acid/hypochlorite precipitation/turbidity method. Following experimental results are obtained: the HPAM adsorption does not reach its equillibrium in 1 600 hrs and proceeds fast initially in 4 hrs; the adsorption is by 10-4 times larger on the clay minerals than that on the matrix minerals; of the clay minerals chlorite shows the highest adsorbability for HPAM (2.5 mg/g) and of the matix minerals-quartz (0.6 mg/g); the adsorption on the binary clay combinations is by 0.1- 0.3 mg/g higher than that on the single clay minerals; quartz plays a main role in the adsorption of HPAM on the binary matrix combinations; the HPAM adsorption on the reservoir core sand is of 2.0 mg/g, being slightly lower than that on the tertiary clay combination and much higher than that on the tertiary matrix combination which shows the prior role of clay minerals. The mechanisms involved in and the factors influencing on HPAM adsorption on reservoir minerals are discussed.
