摘　　要：介绍了计算机在堰流和闸孔出流流量计算的基本原理和程序流程图 。The paper introduces the principle and flow chart of the application of computer in calculation of the outflow quantity from weir and sluice hole.It proves that this method has a great potential of popularization.
