摘　　要：ＴＳ１４０推土机为例着重分析产量定额与时间定额的关系，为工程技术人员编制施工组织设计提供参考。Basis on analyzing the relation between production and time quota, taking TS140 bulldozer as exam-ple,this paper provided reference for the engineers to make up construction organization design.
