摘　　要：分析了新经济环境给企业带来的挑战和机遇 ,以及面向企业内部业务的传统CIMS结构的局限性 ,据此 ,将敏捷供需链管理的思想、技术与方法引入CIMS工程 ,提出了一种以敏捷供需链管理为核心的E -CIMS结构。实践证明 ,EEnterprises are confronted with the challenges and chances under the new econmic environment. We analyzed the limitations of the traditional architecture of CIMS, which emphasized the business process inside enterprises. Based on this, we applied the theory, technology and method of the agile supply chain management into CIMS, and put forward the architecture of E-CIMS based on agile supply chain management. A case study of E-CIMS was illustrated.
