摘 要:利用棕色棉细胞质雄性不育系和恢复系配制的 19个杂种 F1表现出显著的杂种优势 ,平均单株铃数和皮棉产量比棕色棉对照品系 G0 0 8分别增加 3.9个和增产 15 .2 % ,其中 9个组合的增产幅度为 15 .6%~ 4 8.1% .尤其是 ZJ12× ZJ0 2组合的皮棉产量较常规推广良种“中棉所 12号”增产 4 .1% .在纤维品质上 ,与棕色棉对照相比 ,有 8个组合的纤维长度显著增长 2 .6~ 4 .8mm,幅度为 10 .5 %~19.4 % ;比强度增加 0 .1~ 2 .9c N/ tex,其中 4个组合的增幅为 10 .8%~ 16.5 % ;马克隆值低 0 .5~ 1.7,降幅为 2 6.0 %~ 34 .0 % .在浙江大学农业试验站的制种田 ,不育系分别与保持系、恢复系按 2∶ 1比例间隔种植 ,昆虫自然传粉 ,能得到高的异交率 .不育系的繁种产量和杂种的制种产量分别为 194 8.5 kg/hm2和 12 82 .5 kg/ hm2 ,杂种 F1的皮棉产量与亲本相比超亲优势达 36.1% .The observation of 19 hybrid combinations (F 1) of brown cotton between sterile and restorer line revealed that the average number of boll and lint yield per hybrid plant increased by 3 9 and 15 2% respectively compared with those of the inbred plants There were 9 combinations of which the increase range of yield was 15 6% 48 1%, and especially the lint yield of ZJ12×ZJ02 combination was increased by 3 2% over the commercial variety 'Zhong Mian12' On the fiber quality, there were 8 combinations whose fiber length on average was increased by 2 6 4 8 mm (10 5% 19 4%), fiber strength by 0 1 2 9 cN/tex (10.8% 16.5%), fiber fineness by 0 5 1 7 (26 0% 34 0%) over the check When sterile lines were planted together with maintainer or restorer line in planting row ratio 2∶1, adequate cross pollination in the seed production field of Agricultral Experiment Station of Zhejiang University could be obtained under assistance of natural pollinators The Output for sterile line seed reproduction was 1 948 5 kg/ha and that for hybrid seed production 1 282 5 kg/ha It was suggested that application of male sterility into hybrid seed production for improvement lint yield and fiber quality of colored cotton by heterosis was efficient
