山东省鸡大肠杆菌的分离鉴定

摘　　要：为确定我省流行的鸡大肠杆菌血清型 ,为研制鸡大肠杆菌灭活疫苗提供相对应的菌株 ,我们从全省 17个地市的 5 6个种鸡场及商品鸡场 ,分离出 2 10株鸡源大肠杆菌 ,根据血清型鉴定结果 ,共有 15个血清型 ,其中O78、O14 3 、O15、O2 、O18、O11最常见 ,致病力较强 ,O18、O78、O2 分离率最高 ,分别为 15 .8%、12 .5 %、6 .8%,其中O18在国内报道较少。药敏试验结果表明 ,所分离大肠杆菌对丁胺卡那霉素、氧氟沙星、培氟沙星、环丙沙星的抑菌作用最强 ,高敏菌株达 75 %～ 96 %;氯霉素、新霉素、庆大霉素、蒽诺沙星敏感性居中 ,敏感菌株在 5 0 %～ 6 0 %之间 ;青霉素、痢特灵、强力霉素、磺胺_5_甲氧嘧啶抑菌作用较低 ,敏感菌株低于 2 0 %。In order to detect the serotype and antibiotics sensitivity of avian Escherichia coli,210 stains of Escherichia coli are isolated from 56 breeding chicken farms in 17 districts and cities in Shandong province.The results of serotyping shows that there are 15 serotypes in the isolated Escherichia coli,Among the serogroups,O 78?O 143?O 15?O 2?O 18,O 11have high pathogenicity to mice.O 78,O 2 and O 18 are predominant,the mean isolation percentage in chickens are 15.8%,12.5%,6.8%.O 18 is reported lessly in China.The results of antibiotics sensitivity shows that most of the isolated Escherichia coli have high sensitivity to Amikacinum,Ofloxacin,Pefloxacin Ciprofloxacin.The sensitive strains are 75%～96% of the all.Medium sensitivity to Chlomycetin,Gentamin,Neomycin Sulfas,the sensitive strains are about 50%～60% of the all.Low sensitivity to Penicillinum,Doxycyclinum,Furazolidonum,Sulfame thoxydiazinum.The sensitive strains are under 20% of the all.
