摘　　要：给带有不同血清型 (Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型 )母源抗体的两组雏鸡分别免疫不同血清型的鸡马立克氏病疫苗 :火鸡疱疹病毒冻干疫苗 (HVT、Ⅲ型 )和鸡的细胞结合性疱疹病毒冷冻疫苗 (CV1988/Rispens株、Ⅰ型 )。用CV1988免疫的两组雏鸡保护指数均高于HVT免疫的两组雏鸡的保护指数。Two groups chickens carried different MD serotypes (serotype Ⅰand serotype Ⅲ) maternal antibody were vaccinated with different serotypes chicken Marek′s disease (MD) vaccines at one day old age.The vaccines were turkey herpesvirus lyophilized vaccine (HVT serotype Ⅲ) and chicken cell_associated herpesvirus cryophilic vaccine (CV19988/Rispens strain serotype Ⅰ) respectively.The protective Indices of chicken groups vaccinated CV1988 are higher than the protective indices of both chicken groups vaccinated HVT.
