摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素10(IL-10)的表达和调控,在角质形成细胞诱导免疫抑制作用中的意义。方法从体外建立的混合表皮淋巴细胞培养体系(MELC)中,分离贴壁的角质形成细胞,并分析IL-10的表达来源。我们将抗IL-10单抗引入培养体系中,观察其对角质形成细胞所诱导的免疫抑制的影响。结果在混合培养体系中,IL-10主要来源于角质形成细胞。抗IL-10单抗可有效地阻断角质形成细胞所诱导的免疫抑制效应。结论IL-10的表达在角质形成细胞所诱导的免疫抑制效应中可能起重要作用。Aim To investigate the source of IL-10 expression in the mixed epidermal cell and lymphocyte culture system(MELC), and the role of IL-10 in the immune suppression induced by auto-keratinocytes. Methods Keratinocytes were isolated from the mixed culture to analysis the source of the IL-10 secreted in the culture. Results Interleukin-10 was secreted by the auto-keratinocytes from the mixed culture system, and neutralizing anti-IL-10 antibody could partly blocked the inhibition induced by auto-keratinocytes.
