醋柳黄酮片中异鼠李素和槲皮素含量的HPLC法测定

摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定醋柳黄酮片中异鼠李素和槲皮素的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.02mol/L磷酸溶液(54:46),柱温40℃,检测波长368nm。结果:异鼠李素、槲皮素的线性范围分别为:6.5～32μg/ml(r=0.9996)、2.5～12.4 μg/ml(r=0.9991),平均回收率为99.4％、99.8％。日内精密度RSD分别为1.22％、1.32％(n=6);日间精密度RSD为1.07％、1.35％(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、准确,适用于该药的质量控制。Objective: A method was established for the determination of isorhamnetine and quercetin in flavone hippophaes tablets by HPLC.Methods:The HPLC system consisted of Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm), mobile phase of methanol-0.02mol/L phosphoric acid (54:46) .column temperature at 40℃,with detection at 368 nm. Results:The linear range of isorhamnetine and quercetin were 6.5-32μg/ml (r = 0.9996) and 2.5-12.4 μg/ml (r= 0.9991).The average recoveries were 99.4% and 99.8%,respectively.The within-day precision RSD were 1.22% and 1.32% (n = 6), and the day-to-day precision RSD were 1.07% and 1.35% (n = 5), respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate.It is suitable for the preparation quality control.
