茵栀黄注射液保肝作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究茵栀黄 ( Yinzhihuang,YZH)对 D-氨基半乳糖 ( D-Gal)、CCl4所致小鼠急性、大鼠慢性肝损伤模型保肝作用及对小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能的影响。方法 :以酶的活性、羟脯氨酸含量、廓清指数 k和吞噬指数 α为指标 ,结合肝病理组织学检查 ,观察药物的保肝作用。结果 :YZH对小鼠急性、大鼠慢性肝损伤模型均有显著的治疗作用 ,并能显著提高小鼠廓清指数 K和吞噬指数 α。结论 :YZH具有显著保肝作用。AIM The purpose is to study the hepatic protection of YZH on the models of mice acute damage and rat chronic hepatic injury, and the effect of the phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system. METHODS The method was conducted by observing the activity of enzymes, the hydroxyproline contain, the clearance index k, phagocytic index and the histopathological lesions of the tissues to study the hepatic protection of YZH. RESULTS YZH has significant hepatic protection on the model of mice acute damage and rat chronic hepatic injury, and is able to improve the phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system (P<0.01). CONCLUSION YZH has significant hepatic protection.
