激光与手术治疗口腔疾患的对比观察

摘　　要：目的 评价激光和手术方法治疗口腔疾患的效果。方法 口腔外科门诊常见病， 如口腔粘液囊肿、乳头状瘤、舌系带短和下颌智齿软组织阻生等220例为研究对象， 治疗组129例采用CO2激光治疗， 对照组91例采用常规手术治疗， 比较其疗效。结果 激光治疗有效率为98.45%， 手术治疗有效率为100%， 疗效无显著差异， 无不良反应。结论 激光治疗口腔疾患同手术方法一样， 疗效肯定。Objective To evaluate the effect of CO2 laser or operation on the oral disorders. Methods 220 patients that suffered from mucoceles, papilloma, sh ort of lingual frenum or soft tissue cover of wisdom teeth in mandible were treated with CO2 laser or operation. Results The effective rates was 98.45% in 129 patients treat ed by CO2 laser, 100% in 91 patients by operation. No bad reaction was founded. Conclusion The effect of CO2 laser on the disorders is same go od as the operation.
