邦达治疗细菌感染性疾病的对照研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察邦达 (哌拉西林 /他唑巴坦 )的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :将符合入选条件的患者 1 6 4例 ,随机分为试验组与对照组各 82例。试验组给予邦达 4 .0 g/d ,对照组给予舒普深 3.0g/d ,分别加入 1 0 0ml的生理盐水中静脉滴注 ,30～ 6 0min滴完 ,每隔 8h1次 ,疗程均为 7～ 1 4d。结果 :试验组有效率为 92 .7% ,细菌清除率为 94 .4 % ,不良反应发生率为 3.7% ;对照组有效率为 90 .2 % ,细菌清除率为 90 .9% ,不良反应发生率为 4 .9%。结论 :邦达用于治疗多种细菌感染性疾病 ,特别是产酶菌引起的感染 ,临床疗效确切且不良反应轻微 ,是一种安全高效的抗菌药物。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of piperacillin/tazobactam in the treatment of bacterial infections in a randomized, double blind controlled trial.Method:One hundred and sixty-four patients with bacterial infections were enrolled and equally divided into two groups. The patients in one group were given 4.0g piperacillin/tazobactam and patients in another group were given 3.0g sulbactam/cefoperazone(each of the 2 drugs was dissolved in 100 ml normal saline)by iv infusion within 30～60 minutes,q8h for 7～14 days. Results: The effective rate and bacterial clearance rate and incidence of side effect for piperacillin/tazobactam were 92.7%, 94.4% and 3.7% respectively, and for sulbactam/cefoperazone were 90.2%,90.9% and 4.9% respectively. There were no significant differences between the 2 groups. Conclusion:Piperacillin/tazpbactam is as effective and safe as sulbactam/cefoperazone in the treatment of bacterial infections.
