摘 要:随着胀管技术的不断发展 ,制造超高压参数锅炉采用新的胀管技术 ,胀接管子总数达 2 2 2 6多个。运行前 ,按标准应进行化学清洗 ,对特殊结构胀接的超高压锅炉是否也按标准执行 ,标准没有明确规定。对胀管锅炉来讲 ,胀口根部和钢管与锅筒孔壁结合面处有酸液滞留的可能性 ,这给锅炉长期安全运行带来隐患 ,为此是否酸洗这个问题一直在讨论。通过参照同类锅炉 。With the development of expanded tube joint technology, new processes are applied in manufacturing super high-pressure boiler. The total number of expanded tubes comes to 2 226. Chemical cleaning is required prior to boiler initial operation in accordance with relevant standard. It is not stipulated definitely whether the expanded tube joints with special structure in super high-pressure boiler shall be cleaned or not in accordance with the standard. For the boiler with expanded tube joints, acid residual will remain at the expanded joint roots and the conjunction surfaces between the tubes and the holes of the drum, which will bring unexpected trouble for boiler operation. For this reason, if acid cleaning is necessary has been in issue for a long time. A point is made in this paper that super high pressure boiler with expanded tubes does not require acid cleaning.
