参芪地黄冲剂对慢性肾衰血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨参芪地黄冲剂延缓慢性肾功能衰竭进展的作用机理。方法 :以参芪地黄冲剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭脾肾两虚证患者 48例 ,观察治疗前后患者血中一氧化氮 ( NO)、内皮素 ( ET)及常规肾功能指标。结果 :治疗前血中 NO含量明显低于正常水平 ( P<0 .0 1) ,ET高于正常水平 ( P<0 .0 1) ;治疗后 ,肾功能改善的同时 ,NO含量明显升高 ,ET浓度明显降低 ( P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :参芪地黄冲剂能通过改善慢性肾功能衰竭脾肾两虚证患者肾脏血流动力学而延缓 CRF的进展。Objective: It is to evaluate the effect and mechanism of Shenqidihuang Granule on slowing down the deterioration of chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: Forty-eight patients with CRF were treated with Shenqidihuang Granule and the effects on the NO, ET and renal function were observed. Results: Before treatment, the synthesis of NO was lower and ET was higher than the normal standard (P<0.01). After treatment, the synthesis of NO was increased and ET was decreased than before (P<0.01). Conclusion: Shenqidihuang Granule can slow down the deterioration of CRF through improve the patient's hemodynamics.
