摘  要:探讨轮班对不同中医阴阳体质人体昼夜节律特征的影响 ,为轮班不适应证的中医药防治提供实验基础。用统一的中医阴阳体质分型 ,选出 2 5名不同阴阳体质的男青年 (阴不足组 14人 ,阳不足组 11人 ) ,按 Moog′s法连续执行11个夜班 ,于夜班前及连续夜班期的不同阶段 ,在隔离室内进行昼夜高频次的体温、心率、脑电监测 ,对所得数据进行余弦法处理和 t检验。发现 :1各测试日体温、心率和睡眠存在节律性 (P<0 .0 5 )。 2轮班后体温、心率和睡眠的节律的相位发生转移 ,但转移的速度不同。阳不足组体温节律的相位日平均转移 0 .5 5 h,快于阴不足组的 0 .2 9h;两组人睡眠节律相位的转移速度相似 ,致使阳不足组轮班后体温与睡眠节律失同步。 3体温节律的振幅阳不足组轮班后减小 ,而阴不足组增大。提示 :阳不足的人可能更难于适应轮班 。To study the effects of night work on the circadian rhythm between Yin and Yang deficiency subjects, 25 healthy male subjects (19~34 years) with different Yin and Yang characters (14 in Yin-dificiency group, 11 in Yang-deficiency group) were required to work 11 nights. Subjects were observed on the day before the experiments as well as on the 4 th , 8 th , 12 th days of the experiments. On the control days subjects were kept in constant climate on continuous bed rest for 24 h while on a low protein diets as uoog's method, and the body temperature, ECG, EEG were continuously observed. The results showed that subjects in different groups and different rhythm had different phase shift speed after 11 night works. The epiphisia of circadian temperature phase position in Yang-deficiency group (0.55 h/d) was faster than in Yang-deficiency group (0.29 h/d). The amplitude of temperature rhythm in Yang-deficiency group was decreased from 0.36 to 0.24, but that of the Yin-deficiency group had no such change after 11 night work. After 11 night work, the phase shift of temperature was faster than sleeping in the Yang-deficiency group. It was suggested that the subjects in the Yang-deficiency group might more difficult adapt to night work. Adjustment of the Yin and Yang might be helpful for the prevention of the inadaptation to night workers.
